There weren’t enough games about anti-aliasing. Now there are too many.

A game about the time I helped out with a screening of Indie Game: The Movie.

James and Lisanne (super nice people from Winnipeg who made IGTM) asked for volunteers on twitter. I signed up, met them at the Embarcadero Theater in San Francisco, got a free t-shirt, scanned some tickets and saw the film. It’s really good. You have to see it.

I don’t know why but that QR code is actually real. If you downloaded this game and went back in time to March 7th 2012 you could use it to get into the Venus Patrol / Wild Rumpus / One Life Left party. It was the greatest party. I recognised and drunkenly introduced myself to all kinds of indie developers, artists and writers and they were all very pleasant. I should make a game about that party.

One thing that happened at the party was I met Anna Anthropy. She was at there with the OAK-U-TRON 201X.  She also has a new book that just came out. I wanted to thank her for tweeting about this site. She just said, “Why don’t you fucking update it!”

So I did.

YES! My prize arrived today for the Tiny Cartridge 3rd birthday contest I entered last year. With bonus Mare Odomo stickers! You should totally buy those. Those guys are the best!

It’s GDC this week so on Thursday I’m going to try making a game at the Indie Art Jam on Thursday. I’ll also be at this crazy party on Wednesday and maybe at the expo on Friday. If you see me say hi!

It’s harder to make these games now with this thing in the house.

Dropped my stylus on a bus and made this game with my finger.

Spoiler alert.

Happy 3rd birthday Tiny Cartridge!

Not much of a game here but I figured out how to make stuff move in CIRCLES! In your face John Carmack!

Here’s why I’ve not made any games recently. I was getting married!
